Reservations:can
be requested by email or telephone and must be guaranteed with a deposit of one night's stay. The deposit must reach
us 14 days prior to arrival date. Conformation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Visa and
Master card accepted below.
Cancellations:
Deposits are nonrefundable unless cancellations
are received 7 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee.

Rates:
$90.00 per night
$630.00
per week
$15.00 surcharge for 1 nights stay.
A 3% oregon lodging tax is added to each nights stay.
The
cottage accommadates two adults.
Smoking: Allowed outdoors
only.(Guest are responsible for any damages, replacement,additional loss caused by guest smoking or any other
abuse to our guest house).
Pets: A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit is required on approved pets. Please
email or call. Local Kennels are available.
